Our Limited Edition Christmas Portraits offer a unique opportunity to capture the magic of the holiday season with a one-of-a-kind Santa Experience. It's more than just a photo session; it's an immersive, enchanting encounter with Santa Claus himself. The Santa Experience is an optional component of our Christmas sessions. We understand that not all families incorporate Santa into their holiday traditions. For those who prefer not to include Santa, he will not be present during your visit. We've prepared a dedicated break room where he will be during that time.

Yes, the Santa Experience is designed for children of all ages, from infants to adults. It's a magical moment for everyone in the family.  We take a unique approach to accommodate varying comfort levels when it comes to children meeting Santa. We understand that every child is different, and our primary aim is to ensure your child has a delightful experience without any fear or discomfort. Rest assured, we will never compel a child to be uncomfortable with Santa.

Absolutely! We welcome families with multiple children to join in the fun and create beautiful memories together.  If you plan to bring more than four children to the Santa Experience, we kindly request that you purchase two consecutive spots. This ensures that each child has ample time with Santa, and their individual experiences won't be shortened by having to share time with too many other children.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate. While session fees are non-refundable, we understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise. In those cases, we’ll work with you and Santa to choose a new day and time to bring you back in for your session, ensuring you don’t miss out on the magic.

Don’t worry—kids are unpredictable, and we work with all personalities! We take a gentle, unique, and patient approach when introducing each child to Santa. By allowing the child to guide the interaction at their own pace, we create a safe and comfortable experience that never feels overwhelming or intimidating, making the session stress-free for parents and children.

Absolutely! Pets are always welcome to be part of your session. We love capturing the special bond between families and their furry companions. With plenty of experience working with animals, we understand they can be unpredictable—but don’t worry! We're patient, skilled, and ready to capture authentic moments, even if your pet is a little camera-shy.

Our holiday portraits and interactive Santa experiences are hosted indoors at Elle Lux Studios, located at 149 E. Liberty St., Wooster, Ohio 44691. We are a premier destination studio centrally located for families traveling from Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and throughout Northeast Ohio.
